Oscar Castellanos is the CEO and founding director of Dance Amor. He is an accredited DanceSport Australia instructor and has been successfully running his studio for 10 years.
Although he was late to enter the dance scene, Oscar has proven to be a rising star in the world of latin and ballroom! Throughout life, his focus and motivation have guaranteed his success in endeavours from school sporting events to independent business projects. It is this drive and ability to learn quickly that has resulted in Oscar’s impressive collection of awards both statewide and nationally. Those that he values most reflect his ability as a teacher, winning multiple instructor awards for best student average, and best student/teacher performance.
Over the last decade, Oscar has concentrated on learning and understanding over 16 dance styles with the goal of understanding their individual similarities and differences. Now he is at the cutting edge of his research and has created a system to pass this knowledge onto both his latin students and wedding dance couples in a way that is fast, effective, and efficient. This means for you its now easier than ever! Whether you have two left feet or already dance like a pro we are able to breakdown stunning features and highlights and have you feeling confident and looking natural regardless of your dancing background.
