Booking Essentials & Terms
To Secure Your Date
The Deposit: A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to officially lock in your date, studio space, and professional instructor.
Finalizing Payment: Your remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. We’ll send a friendly reminder so you don’t miss a beat.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We know plans can shift! We offer flexible rescheduling to help you keep the party alive
- 28+ Days Notice: Reschedule for free. If you cancel, your deposit (minus a $50 admin fee) is held as credit for 6 months.
- 14–27 Days Notice: Reschedule for free. If you cancel, the $350 deposit is forfeited.
- 7–13 Days Notice: 50% of the total fee is payable. Rescheduling incurs a $50 admin fee.
- Less than 7 Days Notice: 100% of the total fee is payable. Rescheduling incurs a $100 admin fee.
How to Book
- The Intake: You submit your occasion, package choice, and guest count.
- Confirmation: Once we confirm the date, we’ll send an invoice for the $350 deposit. This officially secures your instructor.
- Final Prep: Two weeks before the party, we’ll reach out for the final balance and any last-minute details to ensure your event runs perfectly.
Important Booking Information
Arrival & Timing
- To ensure you get your full dance experience, please ensure your group arrives 10 minutes prior to your start time.
The Space is Yours
- During your private studio hire, the space is yours to enjoy! You are welcome to BYO drinks and snacks (please drink responsibly). We ask that the studio is left in a tidy state at the conclusion of your booking.
Footwear
- We recommend comfortable, smooth-soled shoes or heels that are easy to move in. Please avoid heavy boots or shoes that may scuff the professional dance floor.
Content & Privacy
- You are more than welcome to film and take photos during your private hire time. If you’d like your instructor to help film a “final performance” moment, just ask!
Final Guest Count
- If your guest count increases into a higher pricing tier, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your event so we can adjust your final invoice.

FAQs
- What if not everyone participates? Totally normal — our packages are designed for mixed participation (dancers + observers).
- Do we need a PA or lots of space? Most venues work fine; we’ll advise on space and can add PA hire if needed.
